Today, Perry is an investor in Adviser CRM and plays an active advisory role within the business. He contributes to strategic planning, product direction, and key business decisions.

Dennis Nacino

Role: Operations Manager

Dennis brings over 19 years of experience across technical support, training, and business systems. He leads client training and onboarding, and manages support requests through to resolution.

With a background spanning frontline technical support, training leadership, and systems and project management, Dennis has a deep understanding of both user needs and business operations.

Kyra brings 10 years of experience in customer service and client relationship management, with a strong focus on business development and lead generation.

With a background spanning customer relations, sales lead generation, marketing coordination, and client communications, Kyra has a strong understanding of customer needs, relationship building, and business operations.

Developer X

Role: Lead Software Developer

Developer X is an experienced developer who has been part of our team for approximately five years and prefers to maintain a low public profile.


He plays a key role in the ongoing development of Adviser CRM, including core coding, user interface enhancements, and the delivery of special projects. In addition, he is responsible for managing all data migrations from external systems into Adviser CRM, ensuring a smooth and secure transition for new clients.

Sam Stemp

Role: Software Developer

Sam is a full-stack developer and is responsible for key deliverables to Adviser CRM, with a primary focus on complex and advanced enhancements. He is known for writing clean, well-structured code that keeps the platform running fast, efficient, and reliable as new features are introduced.


Sam delivers scalable solutions and handles technically challenging projects such as integrations, ensuring Adviser CRM continues to perform at a high level for all users.

Mr Pops

Mr Pops

Role: Head of Complaints

Mr Pops (a.k.a. Poppy Guy) is responsible for handling all complaints, maintaining office morale, and serving as the team’s official stress-relief specialist.


His specialties are meditation, conflict resolution and chasing the ball in the office.


Despite his relaxed management style, he takes his role in promoting general happiness very seriously. 🐾
